Fees & Other Considerations

Ross Designs, LLC is fully insured. Complete liability insurance polices are held for Tori Lynn Ross and all rented inventory.

Ross Designs, LLC charges $75/hour for all interior services (excluding ionizer rental). 

Owner Occupied Home Staging: Two hour minimum, or $150 per appointment.  Two hours is generally enough time to create a complete Home Staging strategy for most homes.

Vacant Properties: Ross Designs requires an on-site consultation for all vacant properties and the fee is $75.00.  The on-site tour will also include an overall analysis of the property and will issue a report listing any additional items that should be under consideration to address.  A typed and detailed report/quote is returned to the seller within 24 hours.

Rental rates vary significantly and can start as low as $250/month and go up to $1,000/month or more.  Most packages are in the $500/month range, with a one or three month minimum.   

Usually it takes about a week’s notice to get everything ordered and arranged for install. However, the more advance notice the better. Some homes can be Staged within a few days when necessary, so don’t be afraid to call anytime with short deadlines. 

Interior Re-design / Decorating, Color Consultations and Holiday Decorating: $75 per hour, no minimum. 

Odor Removal: The ionizer can be rented for $85.00, which includes delivery, set up and pick-up. Run time is approximately two hours for most homes.  Pets and people may not be in the house while the ionizer is running; fish are okay to leave in the home.
